Retainer Fee

$400

This fee is non-refundable and is needed to secure client's event date.  

​

This fee should be paid immediately upon receipt of invoice and will be applied to the venue rental.

​

If not paid, access to venue will be denied.

​

Incidental Deposit

$350

This incidental deposit is intended to cover damages to the property and/or Owner's inventory, missing items, smoking fee, and professional cleaning (if needed).

​

This deposit is due at least 48 hours before scheduled event date. 

​

If no issues, deposit will be returned within 3 business days.

Other Fees

Cleaning Fee

$125

This fee is non-refundable and is applied upon client's request to have CAD Luxury Event Venue, LLC clean the facility after client's use.

​

It is expected for client to clean the venue based on checklist provided upon contract and/or venue walk-thru. Client can opt out of cleaning the venue and pay the fee to have CAD Luxury Event Venue, LLC clean-up. Client must take all of their personal items.

​

If client does not pay this fee and does not adhere to the cleaning checklist, a fee of $200 will be charged and deducted from incidental deposit.
