• 50% retainer at booking (non-refundable retainer fee  and will be applied to balance)

• 50% balance due 30 days before event

• Can be used on any booking within the next 18 months

• Must book at least 3 weeks before event date

• Cannot be combined with any other package/offer

• Additional $75 cleaaning applied to booking
